I’ve just found out I have the same parasite & have been feeling so strange and awful for a while and the doctor just shrugged it off saying I need more sleeep , I told him I want to do all the tests and did a stool one and it came back positive for the parasite , I’m like yes I’m not crazy! So now I’m on the journey of curing it & also look after my toddler full time so it feels a bit overwhelming but lucky I see naturopath next week

How do you make sure you get enough calories? Veg basically has no calories
I eat a lot of healthy fats (high in cal) to compliment the animal protein and veggies. :)
I’ve recently found out that I have a high sensitivity to gluten and I’m lactose intolerant. Have to avoid sugar also. These videos give me hope that I can eat normal food.

@@tanyaannn It’s so much to learn all at once. I know I’ll feel better once I have it figured out.
I’m the exact same way. It can be hard at first. The biggest thing that helps me is just by eating whole real food. Fruits, veggies, and meat are all naturally dairy and gluten free. The way I plan all of my meals is I choose my protein and then my veg. If I’m eating carbs, I’ll also choose a starch such as rice, potatoes, or sweet potatoes. I try and stay away from all of the gluten free substitute foods. I just don’t feel good when I eat that stuff. If I have a sweet tooth I eat fruit. Any and all fruit if fair game if I’m not restricting carbs. It makes it really doable for me.

Why? They don't have gluten, they are pure protein.
Both eggs and beef do not contain gluten :)
Gluten and Casein free recipes... All diseases begins in the gut... Gluten and Casein are proteins that don't get digested easily....

It’s been almost two months since I ordered & still haven’t received my package. Ordered in feb and they told me it would be shipped out by mid March. We are in April and it hasn’t been shipped. I won’t be ordering from this website again.

First Health Apparel is RIDICULOUS. 0 support, they don't respond to emails, and now they are not receiving emails. I ordered February 25 its now June 12 today and still no word on where my package is. TERRIBLE company, will not respond to any inquiries from myself or my aunt who also ordered the same day. I live in Saskatchewan and for an Ontario company I am so disappointed in their abilities.

I think paleo wins hands down (been doing that since 2009). BUT that said, comparing ketoand paleo is a nonsense since keto is a diet with a very rigid set of macronutrients to stay in ketosis while paleo is a set of rules about foods to avoid to resemble the diet of our ancestors (eliminating cereals, legumes, dairy and industrial foods etc) . So you can have a perfectly organized paleoketogenic diet by using 20-30 grams of carbs, 75% fats and 20-25% protein by using paleo foods. It's also very easy: remove all fruits and sweet potatoes from the standard paleo and you have a paleoketogenic.

Paleo is absolutely my preferred eating lifestyle. It gets my weight and cravings back on track quick. Keto makes me feel ill and brings on cravings. Never worth it!
